Perfect Travel Tripod that doesn't cost the earth - K&F Concept S210

I’ve had several K&F Concept tripods in the past. They have all the features I want and need, they’re reliable, and they’re always affordable. What’s not to love!

Their latest offering, the K&F Concept S210 (check it out on Amazon here) continues this trend. This little tripod packs a ton of features that rival tripods that are much more expensive. So let’s get into it.

Olympus 60mm f2.8 Macro review — photo examples

Fun fact: the Olympus 60mm f2.8 macro lens is the lens that convinced me to switch to micro four thirds. I tried it in a shop on an Olympus Pen F. I took a penny out of my pocket and started shooting. I fell in love with the lens there and then. Here are my thoughts and some photo examples of the Olympus 60mm f2.8 macro lens for micro four thirds.

Sardinia - Photos and Tales

After visiting Sardinia in 2017 for my lovely friends’ beach wedding (omg it was stunning), they invited us back for a little holiday with them. So of course we jumped at the chance.

Despite visiting Sardinia twice now, I feel like I’ve only experienced a small portion of the island, and there’s so much left to explore. It’s a place I see myself coming back to time and time again, not just because it’s BEAUTIFUL, but also because of the memories I’ve made there with the people I love.

DJI Osmo Pocket Review — Hyperlapses, Vertical Options, Flaws

The DJI Osmo Pocket it a teeny tiny, affordable, stabilised camera. It is small, but is it mighty? I’ve had my Osmo Pocket for a few weeks now, and I’m ready to share my thoughts.

I bought the Osmo Pocket primarily to see if I could make hyperlapses and motion timelapses more quickly and easily. I’ve made some cracking timelapses in the past, but let’s be honest, using and balancing a huge gimbal takes a lot of time and it’s a lot to carry about with you.

Photography: Why you should ALWAYS charge what you're worth

The photography industry is a funny old beast. Of course, you have your absolute prodigy’s — as you do in any industry — but the rest of us? I reckon it’s all smoke and mirrors.

What I mean is, once you’re good — like, good enough to charge for your work, you know your stuff inside out, you’re prepared, you’re a boss — how do we really differentiate one photographer from the next? Why does one photographer charge £5000 a day, and another £500?

Lumix G7 Review — Still a contender in?

The Lumix G7 in many ways was a revelation when it was first released. It was one of the most affordable ways to get 4k, and it all came in a brilliantly thought-out small camera body too.

But it was released in (hold onto your hats!) 2015, which seems like an age in Photography Land.

So is it still worth a consideration in 2015? Well, I still have one. I still use my G7 — both professionally and personally — and I blummin’ love it. But of course, like any camera, it is far from perfect. So let’s dive in!
